Important information about investment risks, provider reporting and the Finfora portal.
1. Investment values can change
Investments may increase or decrease in value. No website or portal display should be understood as a guarantee that capital will be preserved or that a particular return will be achieved.
2. Provider risk
Partner investments may involve third-party providers, including ARM Investment Managers Limited, Meristem Wealth Management Limited and other providers engaged from time to time. Each provider, product and asset class may carry different risks, fees, terms, liquidity constraints and valuation methodologies.
3. Reporting May Not Be Real Time
Managing Partners update provider information on the Finfora portal as it becomes available. Portal values may therefore not reflect the provider’s most recent valuation or statement at the time of viewing.
4. Monthly Contribution and Subscription
Partner investment contributions are separate from the current ₦1,000 monthly Finfora subscription, which is a fee for the management and administration of the service. The subscription fee is not included in the investment or portfolio value. Other applicable fees or charges may apply.
5. No online execution in the first release
The portal is intended for reporting and document access only. It will not accept online investment payments and will not process online withdrawal requests in the initial production release.
6. Investment Returns Are Not Guaranteed
Investment returns are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the performance of the underlying investments. Partners should be aware that investment returns may be positive or negative, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
